- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Agree with everything above. Shocking company which I’m now reporting to Trading Standards. Paid for guaranteed delivery and didn’t arrive. Then waited half an hour to speak to a customer services rep to no avail. Used different option for sales - what a surprise...got answered immediately. Then told items are out of stock!! Thanks for taking our money and thanks for not taking the time to ring us to advise this. We are now massively stressed out as we moving abroad and we paid for next day for this reason.
